The Joint Production Plant of Storage Battery of Shaanxi Lingyun Electronics Co., Ltd. covers a construction occupancy area of 17,778㎡ and the construction area of 25,176㎡; building floors: one floor on the ground and two floors partially, with a total height of 15.650m; the architectural design life is of 50 years; the earthquake fortification intensity is degree 7; the structure is of reinforced concrete frame structure plus reinforced concrete bent structure. The building production category is D and E, and the fire resistance rating of the power distribution room is Class I, and the other fire resistance rating is Class II. The whole building is divided into one fire compartment. This project used the reinforced concrete roof and prestressed large-scale roof boarding roofing. The roofing waterproofing grade is Grade Ⅲ, and the waterproof material durable life is of 10 years. The project was awarded the "Chang’an Cup" award of Shaanxi Province.
